I went with a bunch of friends to Malaysia after our final exams and we decided to purchase one connection from Uniconnect instead of multiple nos. But the number didn’t work for most of our trip. When we contacted Mukesh at the customer care he promised us it would be rectified but the issue never was rectified. We ended up paying for a new connection which didn’t work plus extra on calling home from random phone booths and the inconvenience happened was the worse part. Spending so much of time and effort on a vacation made us hate the services.
