I wanted to shift my Internet connection to other place & also the MB\'s were used & connection required to be reewed. I thought to renew it after transferring it to new premises. I called You Telecom executive he assured to transfer the connection in 3 days & collected cheques for both transfer & renewal. He renewed the account & cleared the renewal cheque & no transfer was done. He keeps on avoiding my calls & dosent pick up the phone. I called Customer care for 4-5 times & they also assure to do the same. They say that we have already forwarded your request to concernec person & he is working on it. But to my great surprise nobody has even visited my premises. On calling again they assure to forward the request on urgent basis & they on much stronger basis. None of their executives pick up the phone & even on Customer No executive or any senior officer is replying. Kindly guide me what to do now ?
