I am a TATA SKY costumer and my subscriber Id: 10********. I have taken TATA DTH connection in month of Nov ,2012. There was problem in quality of telecast, So I have complained to TATA SKY customer care. They have sent service engineer and he confirmed that there is no problem with Tata sky and it is problem with my TV. He has not provided any service to my TV. Finally TATA SKY put 125rs into my account even though it is with in warrantee period. Nothing is mentioned in the terms and conditions like if there is no problem with dish & setup box we need to pay service charge with in warrantee period. This s really ridicules and very much unfair.
Policies are not seem to be esteemed company and seemed to Road side company
pls Put in place enough guidelines to team and give enough instructions to satisfy customers.
The people from TATA sky are behaving like a road side company and not behaving like from TATA group.
125/-RS is not really matters to me but wondering how such big company is able to cheat customers in this manner

I shifted my (only 6mth old) Tata DTH and was told that rs 200 installation charges would be deducted from my account. At the new installation no extra material was used, the earlier wire was used. After setup they deducted rs 275/- Their Cust care replied to my complain, that rs 75 was wire handling charges. I complained again that they need to provide proof for the same, but they simply give the same stupid reply as "wire handling charges". In this maner for sake of small amounts nobody wants to persue the matter. A good technique to spleece people.
