Tata Sky - TATA SKY delay in relocation

Hi
Have raised a service request for a transfer of the dish connection to a new residence on November 28th, 2010. While raise the service request was told it will be done within 48 hrs of time. Till Sunday (December 5th, 2010) none of the Tata Sky agents have even called about the query. Have made three reminder calls, and till date there is no response to the same.
Complainant's Goal: relocation to be done immediately
