Indian Railways - Wrong updates of train running information

Upon online train enquiry it was found that there were wrong updates about the train running information. The train no 8477 Utkal exp on friday 15.01.10 was running about 4 and half hrs late and at H Nizamuddin it was shown on time. How come the employs serving for the world\'s largest train network being so irresponsible.
