We were travelling to Bara Jamda(BJMD) from Jamsedpur(TATA) by train no 12021 in AC haning PNR no:-********99.When the station i.e. Bada Jama came the AC bogie was stationed at the outskirt of the station and we thought the train would stationed at the right place but the train left the station and we had to stepped down at the next station.The place where we had to get down was not a proper place to do.I am surprised how a person accompanied with a family and a lots of luggages could have got down.Also when I asked the TTE to provide me the complaint book, the person Mr. S.K. Tripathy denied to do so.
