I am travelling with 2 persons (One is cancer Patient) from Mumbai CST to Howrah. I buy a counter tatkal ticket on 3rd AC, When I travelling I lost my Ticket. But I have conframed ticket and valid ID proff. I also try for a duplicate ticket but at the CST station the reservetion not give my ticket. and when the train started the TTE charged me same fare. I dont know how a person charged twice for a journey. when the Tatkal ticket are not cancelled before 24 hours of journey.
