Respected Sir,
Please Give me Judgement , I want to fill Complaint against Idea Cellular Gujarat , they Done Fraud with me
I having an Idea Postpaid Card , I Used Blackberry 599 Service and I changed my Mobile so I Talked to Customer Care that please deactivate my Blackberry Service and Start the GPRS 149 Service which contains 1 GB Free Data Usage on 26/03/2012 , they aceept my request and also stop my Blackberry service on same day on 2nd day they told me that I will be able to surf with the service which I suvscribed ( GPRS 149 ) From today midnight and on 2nd Day ( 28th March 2012 ) they called me about my Internet service started and also asked me about Internet settings and also provide me manually internet settings then after same day 28th March 2012 i start Browsing
When i received the bill for the same period I was surprised that they not only debited the monthly rental of GPRS 149 from date 28th March 2012 but also debited the browsing charges for the same day , so i talked them about this on Customer Care with Ms./Mrs. Archna Rajput , and she says that our company's rule is that "YOU HAVE TO PAY CHARGE FOR 28th MARCH AND ALSO PAY THE CHARGE FOR THE SURFING ON FIRST DAY"
Sir , Though I am a government Employee so it is hard to take leave for all this but if you can stop this type of ROBBERY to the society by the Mobile Netowrk Providers then I am really ready to Put 3 Months Leave to fight against this
Sir, Please stop this type of Fraud. We also earn money with Hard and lot of Works
- Thanks & Regards

Dear Sir,
We wish to inform you that we have checked your billing and found that GPRS surfing charges are as per usage only. Further we wish to inform you that you have been charged for surfing as usage was made before activation of a pack. Also note that gprs149 pack was activated at 28th March-12 nights hence rent was applied for that day. However as a onetime service gesture we shall re-rate GPRS usage charges & reversal shall be processed by 21st Apr-12.
Regards,
