Dear Sirs,

I regret to inform you that yesterday when I downloaded my e-Aadhaar Letter from UIDAI website I noticed one new mistake in my address done by the officials of UIDAI again. I do not know they have intentionally done or not and try to harass me because that mistake i.e. the word “Bankura” was not available in any of my documents which they have mentioned in my Aadhaar Letter. Also, they mentioned the word “Baranagar” three times in place of “P.O. Baranagar, Dist. North 24 Parganas, Kolkata” as per photocopies & scan copies of the “AADHAAR DATA UPDATE / CORRECTION FORM FOR REQUEST” duly filled in and signed along with enclosures sent to them both on 8.01.13 by Post and through email for updation/correction. They did not edit my details in Bengali in the said Aadhaar Letter also. As per my documents sent to them, I have mentioned both in Bengali & English and sent the same to their RO, Ranchi Office as per their direction made in their website. But they did not edit my details in Bengali in the said Aadhaar letter. My enrollment date was 5th July, 2011 which may kindly be noted.

I would request you to kindly look into this matter very seriously and do the needful without further delay.
