State Bank of India - Wrong debit from account and No response from Bank

I had got a failed transaction on the 2nd of May 2009 with a Transaction number 42********518113 7711 S1AW3192 but the amount got cut from my account.Since the 5th of May 2009, I have been repeatedly complaining to the the base branch I am having an account with but they have hardly heeded to my words. I have been repeatedly calling them day in and day out. I have sent a number of e-mails too. I have got responses to the e-mails but nothing has been done regarding the failed transaction. All that I got was on the 5th of July was a copy of some other successful transaction of the same amount along with a statement that I had had a sucessful transaction. Its past two and a half months and I haven\'t received my money back yet.
