State Bank of India - i am not satisfied from your service

dear sir
with my bad luck i was a customer of sbi cards. my card no. is 4317575709783444 my card is lost on 18 jan 2007 i complated them on same day for lost my card. after two days i got a sms on my mobile in which they mention my credit limit is cross. i called in the call center of sbi they said my complaint did not registerd. i was seriously surprised with this behave. then i send mail to them. and called so many time to them. i asked to them for fir they said to i dont need to file a fir they send me a new credit card for my use. they told me they said to me for fill up a dispute form three times to them. after they said to me they check all the things. after one years follow-up one day i got a mail from their side the case is goes to infavour of sbi so that i liable to pay. i totally refused for that. i called to customer care i write all things by mail. after that didnot mail or call to me from last six month i got so many call from their recovery deptt. they did too much mentally harrash to me. they send three four guys to my home everyday so many calls got they bahave very badly on phone with me threat me. being a girl i dont know what i do. with hope and trust i write my problem to you plz help me out

This is with reference to my Car Loan account No. 30837227019; I would like to state in this regard that the Car Loan was sanctioned on July 25, 2009 and disbursed on September 23, 2009. This is clear from the bank statement. The copy of statement is enclosed herewith for the reference. I feel this irregularity has come up due to difference in loan sanctioned & loan disbursed dates. I had appealed you earlier in the month of February 2010, in this regard to rectify this irregularity at your end.

Your office is continuously pointing out the same mistake. In this regard, I would like to submit here once again that kindly calculate and recover the EMI from the date of loan disbursed not from the date of loan sanctioned at your end so that irregularity can be rectified.
