In Salem District - Tamilnadu many more wrong calls

Yesterday night 10 pm we receive one wrong call from one idiot. His phone number is ********11. Today morning I call to this number say hello hello hello but one guy to say, this is salem near attur to near small village area and surrounding noise is trumpet sound and dance sound. In this position where I go to my solution ? I don't go to police station.
