Personal - Unauthorised telephone tapping.

I am a single woking woman,34 in Delhi for last several years and have been in private jobs.My Complaint is against a former colleague who was earlier a sales person in Daily Newspaper(HTGroup,Delhi)and now he has become a lawyer ,currently in a law firm of Delhi High Court Lawyer.This person is aged about 36,married and settled with family of a wife and 10 month old daughter and old parents, in Karolbagh.I have known him since March 2006 when I joined that office.Seeing my single status he started taking interest in my personal life and often created such problems in office to give a negative imprression to my boss .He also played cheap tricks against me in several ways ,like derogatory remarks against my appearance , age ,being single,professional performance , personal life and a lot more about things not concerned with him with a view to make me unpopular and helpless.He also wanted monetary benefits from me ,tried to spoil my image among friends.He,basically wanted to get all possible advantage from my situation of being single.He also used devices used by private detective for purpose of keeping a watch on people he wanted,such as voice recorder,spywares /viruses password hacking,deleting important emails in computer and email accounts/using phone bugging devices etc,so that if any thing comes to me he should get advantage because of my being single I should not have rigth to live peacefully.I left that place last year,for a better option.Even now this phone bugging and email hacking is continued.His phone no is 9899113005.I want this unauthorised interference to be stopped.He will obviously deny this.
