Respected Sir,
I Mr. Shaikh Abdul Sameer Abdul Alim, the a/c holder of SBI, the prestigious Bank (a/c no-30017929746-BKC Branch). Please request you to go through our transaction with your bank, as we were very please & happy with the brand SBI. But once there was some problem while withdrawing a Cash from home branch BKC and we close our transaction for a while.
Now on 9thAugust at 8.39pm (ATM ID-s10F011755001 & TXN No:-6025) I withdraw Rs 8,000 from SBI Branch ATM-Mira road-east, and got the error message on ATM screen that “Insufficient Fund†and got the withdrawl receipt that MOD BAL Rs 0.00 & AVAIL BAL Rs 5951.00.
Note:- Not shown that Amount withdrawal-8000rs
(means Rs 8000 was not withdrawal)
I was stunned that I not got Cash & its showing 8000 Rs is debited, I had taken Mini statement at the same time & got the same details, then I again withdrawl Rs 500, but this time I got Cash.
I called the Security guy and told him the concern, he told me to wait automatically it will be resolved or call to customer care or visit the Bank. I immediately called to SBI Customer care service and lodged a complaint (Id:- AT43********4) and also call to my home branch, they both gave me the assurance that it will be resolved & I will get the balance back. I was relaxed, but still kept the follow-up.
Now after 7 days I received a sms that the complaint is closed & when I called to SBI Customer care, he told me that the transaction was successful & will not get that amount back.
I am very much surprise & shocked with the incident. I have provided you the whole details & expect favorable revert & reversed of my balance, as we worked hard to get our salary & due to your problem-may be server or any thing else We have to suffer.
Therefore, I request you to call or email me with the reversal of that amount, as you people must having the CCTV footage and must having the records of that ATM machine that how much withdrawl has done & how much was deposited on the same date because you are running a big firm. Or else I will be forced to escalate the matter further to consumer court.

This is to inform you all that yesterday I visited my Home branch & Mira Road SBI branch to check the progress in the below case. And the Mira road branch manager has help me to understand where is the leakage. He showed me the detail of my transaction and I came to know that before getting to SBI ATM, I went to Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM (Latiff Park, Mira road-east) and tried to withdraw the amount of 8000 Rs. But the ATM showed that “Sorry we cannot process your request†and I thought that ATM is working then I visited Mira road SBI branch ATM to withdraw the same.
This means that my balance was deducted from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mira road Branch not from SBI branch ATM on 9th Aug’11 near by 8pm. I already raise a fresh complaint (AT42********3) about the same.
Therefore I request you to look into the same and help me at the earliest, as its now almost 14days.

Thanks for your intervene in this matter, but still I have not got any updates about further process. I truly appreciate if I get back my balance soon because one may think- how its feel when wrongly balance has been deducted for so long.
Therefore, I request you to take the necessary step and credit back my account with the amount as early as possible.
