Myself Jayesh wants to complaint against Bagittoday (part of India today group)

On 23/03/2013 @ 12.30 PM Tellecaller Rina called me from cell no +91 ********88 and told me she is calling payment gateway from Bagittoday her conversation was "Mr Jayesh your no has been selected in a winner of our contest if you book the Holiday package of vacations gateway of Rs 12000 ( 5949 + 5949 )
you will get absolutely free Dell laptop model no Inspiron 15R i-7 1000GB hard disk worth rupees 48000/ and Blackberry BOLD 4 Mobile phone"


When I asked her from where u calling she answered " Bagittoday payment gateway Noida "

I asked her to send me in written then she send me SMS on my cell phone 987XXXXXX4 text like
"Dear sir congratulations you have win our contest if you book the holiday package then you receive your gift dell laptop & BlackBerry mobile"


I asked her about delivery time and address and mode of gifts , She Confirmed my residence address at Thane from their system and she said once you book the Order you will get confirmation call from Vacations gateway just attend that call they (vacations gateway ) will not speak about free gifts because this gift offer is from Bagittoday payment gateway just attend the order confirmation call ,once you confirmed order immediately you will get call from Batittoday for your winning gifts delivery and soon they will dispatch the gifts "


After around 30 mints conversation with her she booked the order ( i was not online that time , even i asked for few hours ,she said u have to grab this now else we will call runner up fellow to take this win offer) from my HDFC Credit Card.

Transaction ID is 20******** & 206700174 of Rs. ( 5949+5949 ) .

In my credit card statements reflects two transactions for SBIPG_Vacations_Gateway_PayT 356 I amount Rs.5949 .



On 25/03/2013 @ 11.00 AM I have received order confirmation call from Vacations gateway from No 00********87 , person told me your order is confirmed and the same is mailed to me on my mail ID XYZ@rediffmail.com

But after that I have not received any mail from vacations gateway and NO CALL from Bagittoday for gift.

Then I came to know i made a mistake here , I am trying to call on +91 ********88 (Rina's No ) but NO RESPONCE At all ,even i send message for same to reply but i am not getting any responce . I am totally cheated by Bagittoday with fake information and wrong booking of Holiday package.


NOW I DONT WANT TO BELIVE SUCH A FAKE OFFERS AND DONT WANT ANY HOILDAY PACKAGE , I JUST WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY Rs. 12000/

I am totally disturbed with such kind of harrasment and I think this should be stopped immediately by Indian Goverment Make strong action against these kind of Fraud groups so no other innocent peoples can trapped in their frauds.


Please HELP ME OUT !!!
