Airtel Delhi - Why my mobile No(s) are disconnected.

Hi,

This is really frustrating!!!

Despite the fact that I have made the below payment and discussion with “Khuswant” my phone Nos are deactivated.

Yesterday Mr. Khuswant had confirmed me that my all no will be retained once I do the payment.

All my No(s) : ********95, ********39 and ********95 are not working.

Request your explanation on this.



Let me explain you to the events:

Last week one of my no was disconnected. When asked for the explanation from customer care, I did not received proper reason and was told that disconnection was due to some other account whose payment was due on me. When asked for the phone No I was provided account No, which is very difficult for me to trace as I do not receive any bill of such account no.

This irritating behavior of executive and lack of information triggered my decision to close all my airtel account. And then I requested for closing the account attached is the mail for reference.



Now on Monday I received call from airtel asking me the reason for closing the account. Here again I explained the event to the guy, and asked him few queries about the account no. due to which my No. (********39) was disconnected. Again this person failed to answer my query and the behavior of this executive was even more infuriating, He directly said to me “fine then I’ll close your account”. I wonder what kind of people you hire for Calling (or may be you don’t train them properly on calling).

Now again on Tuesday I received call from person called Khuswant I believe. He again asked me for the reason of closing the accounts. I explained him the event, and he was smart enough to get my point and answered my query. Finally I got the no to which the payment was due. It was the No. I have used before and later requested to disconnect as it was theft.

I then agreed on making the payment due on me, he also gave me some scheme I don’t remember that.

Anyways, payment was done on Tuesday and receipt sent to you yesterday (See below mail). Now why my nos are disconnected?
