Dear Sir,
We bought a air tell post paid (********112) number on my husband name.
After that he wants to change to that number to my name.
For that we submitted all required paper which is suggested by Dwarka outlet person and they ensure that they will change my husband number to my name with in 72 hr. After 15day they didn\'t turn-up so we went and ask, they told you have to pay rest of amount, we paid immediately,
After 15 days they didn’t turn up, we went and ask, they said House number is wrong and you have to pay rest of money (till date), we paid immediately
After that today they call me and said you both are not blood relation so phone number can’t be change.
They took one month to say this,f they told us initially we went some other option because of phone number is my husband name I am not getting phone reimbursement from my company.

I need necessary action against this issue .They wasted my time and money.
