Dear Public Relation Officer - Eastern Railways,
I had booked my train reservation on 13.03.2010 by Train No. 3150 / Kanchankanya Express from New Jalpaiguri (NJP) to Sealdah (SDAH) for 14.05.2010. My wait list number was WL3,4 and at that period the waitlist was WL6,7. Today I see there has been almost 13 to 14 WL being cleared. But my PNR status still is at WL3,4. May i know how this is possible and request you to look into the same immediately.

Complainant's Goal: I want the Reservation confirmed and I see there are some loop holes in the sys.
