Voltas Limited - Voltas water dispenser not repaid by company

It has been more than three months that we have raised a complaint regarding the Voltas water dispenser not working at all and till date after repeated reminder and two visits nobody had taken the pain to resolve the issue.

Voltas executives just came two times and noted the issues only but didn't gave any resolution and told us that it will be resolved in a weeks time.

I am really surprised to see such a pathetic service being by such a Big organisation like Voltas to its customers.

I am saying to everyone please please do not buy any products from Voltas. Its my humble request to every customers.....
