Voltas Limited - Bad Voltas Service

I have purchased on VOLTAS Vertis plus 1.5 T Window AC from Vasavi Agencies - Guntur.on 6/5/2009. After taking full cash and delivering the unit at home the dealer got it installed by a carpenter ( not a qulified engineer ) AC installed with lot of Delay on 11/05/2009. But the Ac is not working smoothly. It is making lot lot of noise while working the the noise is unbearable ( Garrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ). I have given multiple complaints at your call centre and there is no responce from the dealer.

Please send a qualified engineer to verify the problem. Complaint No: 09MY123169

I BOUGHT VOLTAS 1.0 TON VERTIS PLUS (SPLIT AC-INDOOR-TA 4551028CC08C005586), VOLTAS 1.0 TON VERTIS PLUS (SPLIT AC-OUTDOOR-TA 451107C08E013015) ALONG WITH 4 KVA VOLTAS STABILISER (STD 8090990) FROM SRI MAURTHI AIRCON ON 1-11-2008.

FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TILL NOW (10.07.09) NO FREE SERVICE WAS DONE...I CALLED THE VOLTAS SERVICE CENTRE 044 23766645 SO MANY TIMES TO PROVIDE A FREE SERVICE BUT NO RESPONSE TILL NOW.

THEY ARE GIVING FALSE CONFIRMATION THAT THE AGENT WILL COME TODAY OR TOMORROW TO PROVIDE A FREE SERVICE BUT SO FAR NO ONE HAS COME TILL NOW...
THEY ALSO GAVE THE NUMBER OF MR. MUTHU KUMAR (SERVICE TECHNICIAN) WHO WAS ASKED TO ATTEND THE FREE SERVICE IN OUR RESIDENCE. HIS CONTACT NUMBER : 9282123104.

WILL THE HIGHER ATORITIES LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL TO GET THE FREE SERVICE WITHIN THE STIPULATED GUARANTEE PERIORD 1.11.08 TO 1.11.09 ?
