Voltas AC service facility is very poor. I purchased window AC in April 2012 from Kanpur - New Roli electonics. In july 2014, I make complaint that compressor is tripped in every 15 minutes. Voltas Lucknow has given contact to Pranavee sales in Kanpur. Their services are very poor. As it was in warranty period, they took 15 days time and asked that they have changed the compressor.

Now again same problem, Compressor is tripping in every 15 minutes.I have lodged complaint with Voltas Lucknow on 6th April. No body has attended till that time, while they promised that complaint will be attended within 24 hours.

It appears that Pranavee sales Kanpur did not change the compressor but fitted old repaired compressor, otherwise same problem could not be arised. Management should take action, it will affect goodwill of Voltas
