Voltas Limited - Voltas Ac installed but operation still pending

We have purchased Voltas AC model no-1.5 TR SAC 183 CY -VOLTAS ​ on 15.04.16 from the dealer ACE TECHNOMARK ,Noida and same has been installed by the Voltas technical team.


However,as per the technician Mr Vijay the AC has come to operation after checking by our Engineer and we still waiting n waiting to get the voltas cooling.


Such a third class service by giant TATA group's Voltas deptt. we have contacting at least 5-6 times with the ACE TECHNOMARK staff and voltas team but no response yet.
