Vodafone Delhi - Vodafone Post Paid Sim has not been activated

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one new postpaid sim ********59 from Vodafone on 11.04.2012. On the same day the executive has activated the sim into the prepaid and for postpaid he has told me that it will take 48 hrs for converting into postpaid as because your address verification will have to be done from our-side. I was waiting for that and on the 14.04.2012 at 6.25pm one person has come and was having a chat with Mr. Suresh (owner grandson) and Mr Suesh has told him that harsh sharma is staying with his family and there home entry is from backside so you will go from that side but he has not come to us and have made a remark that the Room was locked. I have approached to many people but I have not received any positive feedback regarding this. Many time I have also talked to vodafone customer care executive and they have given against Ref no.2241114168 on 15.04.2012 and for this issue but nothing has done till 19.04.2012. I have also visited Vodafone Stores, at Peera Garhi Chowk on 15.04.2012 at 6 P.M. but Mr. Bhaskar and Rahul was present there and they have refuses for taking the quarry of me by rudely also they have not given proper response to me.
After talking with many people at there customer care department on 18.04.2012 againt your supervisor has given me another reference no. for resolving it 2241586676 but still I have not received any communication from your side. I have also visited your Peera Garhi Chowk Store at 7 pm. the token no. was 389 at on that desk I was also having talk with Mr. abhishek (Manager) and he has assured me that tomorrow your verification will be done and your no. will be get activated. But on the 18.04.2012. But on this date nothing response I have received on on that day I have made a call to Mr Abhishek they have never picked my phone and no response has given from him.
Today is 9th day of new number (********59) purchasing and still it has not been activated into the postpaid now I am very much disappointed with physically, mentally and financially behaviour and working of VODAFONE and all supporting staff of Vodafone. So, kindly provide me proper solution for it.
