Vodafone Chennai - Vodafone Network not available

I have been using Vodafone connection for the last 10 years but I am really annoyed in their handling of my issue.

Recently I had shifted my residence to the folng address :
2088 Vasantham colony 1st street anna nagar west chennai - 40.

The network coverage is totally NIL inside the house and I had made a complaint in the Vodafone Store in Anna nagar. They had committed that the problem will be solved by them as they would install a mobile booster etc. But there has been no follow up on the same. My contact no is ********12.

The Mobile Data network coverage is totally NIL but Network Coverage if full....Mobile Data signal in X symbol.... Please Fix the Issues... My Number Is ********41....

I have been shifted to SHARE homes Appartment recently. Here there's no network coverage for Vodafone at all. I have been using this number for more than 4years and it was working well in navalur well without any network problem. I can understand this is not the device settings problem or network settings. Here most of the Vodafone users facing the same issue. More than 300 people staying facing the same problem and trying to switch to Airtel and I don't want to use to do the same which was done by others. Can you please send anyone to check the network coverage here nearby.... Please find the below address where we all face the same problem.

I have been charged Rs 50 for Downloads.When I enquired this to customer Rep they r saying am downloded some games.But I havent done.The same has happened to My friend mobile also.Please help me to fix this issue

I share the same view. I did a MNP from Airtel to avoid being billed heavily month on month and now I find that there is nil signal inside my house. No reply to any problem that I escalate except answers that we will look in it - by the call center reps

We called on your number but could not reach you. We wish to inform you that the location does not have good coverage. And optimization is not possible due to blocking. A repeater needs to be installed to resolve the concern. And we are working towards the same.
