i am having two mobile connections with VODAFONE=********72 AND ********18. HAVING NOT SATISFIED WITH THE billing ihave decided to change the service provider. have requested for the change of service provider from vodafone to AIR TEL nd tata doco mo respy.. HAVING FILLED UP THE FOEM AND PAID THE REQURIED FEE oth the applications have been rejected by VODAFONE WITH OUT A VALID REASON. MINE IS A PREPAID A/C WITH CREDIT BALANCE AND REQURIED TIME LOCK IN IS COMPLETED , THEY HAVE REJECTED BOTH THE A/CS. THE COMPANY IS GIVING LEAST RESPECT TO THE LAWS OF THE LAND AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PL AMKE ARRANGE MENTS FOR THE TRANSFER OF THE A/CS TO THE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AS I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH.gone to the customer care centre @crompet chennai to expedite the transfer and reason for the refusal, the executive there took up with higher ups informed me to submit the form again.by this way i gave application two times to the two providers.wat will happen . the m n p period for one is over by 13 th and another 20th of this month.
