Vodafone Delhi - Vodafone cuts Rs30 again without any service activation

Hi

Its really disgusting now

This has happened third time now, on my vodafone pre-paid number ********96, Rs30 is deducted, it is disappointing to see that such a big firm is playing cheap tricks.

I have not activated or subscribe any service from the vodafone.

I want all of my money back, previous one and this time money also. Pls. help
