I bought one Vodafone USB Stick on dt. 2.11.2011 by making online request on Vodafone website, don't know where Vodafone forwarded my query. I received a call from Vodafone No. ********5, the person was calling Rahul. He made all fake commitment to sell Vodafone 3G USB Stick (Vodafone 3G USB Stick no. ********23). He said me that if you get any problem you'll get your money back in 15 days. We have strong network and 3G services. He made all fake commitment that he could make to sell this faulty Vodafone 3G USB Stick.
Vodafone 3G USB Stick No. ********23 activated on dt. 4.11.2011. Its 3G data plan is 3G data download up to 2GB monthly. From very 1st minute of its installation, Vodafone 3G USB stick is resetting again and again (disconnecting internet connection in every 2 or 3 minute). I tried to make device complaint on ********40 (this no. provided by Vodafone executive – service all) on dt. 8.11.2011 at 14.09 and 14.55, but this no. was switch off.
Vodafone 3G USB Stick hardly running on 3G Network always going to 2G network. Switching network again and again. On 2G network its speed is very very low. I just got HEADCHE FREE WITH VODAFONE 3G USB STICK. From dt. 04.11.2011 to 08.11.2011 Vodafone 3G USB Stick resetting again and again (disconnecting internet connection every 2 or 3 mintues) approx. 120 times. I tried to contact ********15 – Rahul via SMS and calling the same number approx. 100 times, but failure.

From last 6 days, Mr. Maan Singh ji from Vodafone Nodal Office was contacting me regularly and was trying to resolve the issue, but issue is still unsolved. On dt. 17.11.2011 Mr. Maan Singh ji offered me for refund according to Vodafone Refund policy. As Maan Singh ji told me that I'll get refund in 45 days. One of Vodafone Customer Care Executive Mr. Varun ji visited personally at my place on dated 18.11.2011, time around 11.15 a.m. to check the data card but he was not from 3G team, so he was not able to help me. Mr. Varun ji promised me to forward this issue to concern 3G team and said that concern team/executive will call me. Dt. 20.11.2011, I didn't receive any call yet. STILL UNSOLVED.
Dear Site Admin, can i upload/attach an audio clip with my complaint, which is conversation in between "said executive" and "I".
Still in pain, no remedies.
I wrote my no. here and sent to Vodafone by filling up Complaint form given in website address last day (Thursday), but No-one from Vodafone contacted me regarding complaint. This is real face of Vodafone Customer Care.
Before anyone buy Vodafone 3G USB stick, If anyone want to know more about it or review of Vodafone 3G USB stick/Vodafone Customer support can mail me at deepakpuri@live.com or can contact ********43, ********51. After passing 24 hrs., I still facing same problem, no any support facing worst face of Vodafone Customer Care. Don't know, how they are happy to help like this.
