Hi,
My self Rakesh Nalawade staying at Dahisar in Mumabi (India) i logged a call with Videocon Call center for my mobile balance deduction on 16 th Nov 2010. The complaint was the caller tune automatically get activated on my Mobile Number ********46 and they deducted 40 Rs from my Balance so i called up at call center nd logged a call, complaint number is 24692975 and they told me that u will get ur coplaint resolution with in 48 hours but i didnt got anyupdate from videocon mobile call center so i called up again but the customer executive transfering thie call from one desk to another and they r not giving any reason for activating caller tune on my mobile without asking me. now its already more than 15 days left but there is no response from them or nobody give a call from call centre.
Can you pleaes help me out from this because these people are cheating to us so help us out and teach a lesson to videocon mobile team.

caller tune complaint,is not at all matter.same complaint we will see in all networks like airtel idea,vodafone....so videocon is new company it takes time to set up al these
