Dear Sir,

I had booked a ticket to Kolkata from RAIPUR pnr NO. ********39 but could not take journey as train was more than 6 hours and TDR (TDR no. 0225894896) was filed accrodingly on 03.07.2010.

However despite several reminders there was no refund yet.
