I travel from Bangalore City to Pune on Train No.11302, Udyan Express, in A1 coach - 2nd AC, Berth No. 43 on 09.08.2014.
The coach is in a very dilapidated condition, Toilets are not working properly, the seat in western closet damaged, totally too bad.
The berth very uncomfortable, the coach infested with bed bugs and click roaches and rats. The coach has never been de-infested.
Very poor everything.

Complainant's Goal: Punish the maintenance staff and ensure better supervision.
