Hi,

I am following up for the reimbursement since last three months but i didn't got any revert from DTDC claim department and timeline for the same.

DTDC is not responding as professional courier.

I need the resolution.

Shipment Details

I vijay koshta had sent the one courier from Jabalpur to Mumbai on 18th July 2013 and it should deliver by 20th July 2013 but it didn't it delivered on 23rd July 2013 in damaged condition.
