Hi I was traveling to Berlin and bought a prepaid international sim card from Uniconnect. They kept on enforcing the fact that their services are really good and very convenient and would keep me connected all the time. When I actually started using their sim card in Berlin, there was just not problem but many that I faced. The data wasn’t working at all. I mean I called their toll free number to lodge a complaint also, but they was no response from their end specially with data issues. There was not even a single day that passed when I didn’t have to call their customer care. Although their basic cost of the sim card is cheap, but so is Uniconnect’s overall service – Cheap !!
