They are encouraging people to put private data and phone numbers of other people into their own database and sending SPAM unsolicited smses without giving an accessible way to stop and unsubscribe from this unwarranted invasion of privacy. They forcing unrequired smses, selling our mobile access to people and making us bear the cost of roaming sms and making their own profit from our discomfort. They send sms but want people without access to the internet or emails to waste their own money and time to try to stop this unwanted invasion of rights and privacy . Both my parents ( who do not have access to email and internet) have been forcibly enrolled in this unsolicited sms spam and they are not able to get this stopped. My number has also been spammed by WAY2SMS and even I cannot access their contact address to send my complaint.
I want to get this stopped, get them to pay each of us compensation and pay us for the money and time we have had to spend to stop them and also force them to change their business model that is invasive and encourages other common people to be part of this spam.
Please help.

I support this complaint. Even I haven't registered in way2SMS. One of my friend uses Way2SMS has tagged my name in contact and I received a message from Way2SMS that he has tagged me. From that day I'm getting unwanted SMS from all kind of business related. Before I have added my number in DNC of all banks and telecom provider and I haven't received any such msg. I dont find any other source than this to get my number as message for all kind of business are received.
