Indian Railways - Unuseful Railway Helpline

I used 139 helpline from Indian Railways. Its only useful for getting PNR status. Otherwise its pathetic. No option is given to talk to customer care directly. And one has to waste lot of money to wait on this paid Helpline only to know that you have been cheated and disregarded. This is simply outrageous and wildly improper for the this huge Govt. Organisation.

To talk customer care directly, you have to call at this no 01139340000 for any railways enquary.
