Nokia India - Unsatisfied with nokia care

Iam havin a Nokia 5130. I had the following problems
1)The applications dint start.
2) The keypad dint work
I got my phone serviced at a Nokia care on 24/3/11. They reinstalled my OS and said the phone will work fine.
But now on 06/04/11 the phone never switches on.. It shows welcome screen of nokia and the phone dies after it.

The phone dint work for atleast 15days... what can i do now?

my nokia e72 center keybutton repairs cost Rs. 350+Rs 1400 total rs. 1750. But guarantee period No. My job sheet no. 110922/2 and 3. Service cost is very very high. I hate the service centre in nagercoil. But i like nokia only. Please details sent me your nokia E6 model pricelist in nagercoil with offer any deepavali festival and store in nagercoil
