Nokia India - complaint qua E71 nokia mobile not working properly on 3G

I am using your 3G sim on the E71 when I use 3G for more then 5 to 7 minutes my mobile starts getting heating up this fact was brought to the notice of people at Nokia Care who told me that there is no fault in my phone (Nokia E 71) but LATER ON one person from nokia met me in nokia care who assured that efforts are being made to rectify the fault. Till date nothing has been done Kindly tell that when I use 3G services why my M Phone heats up? there is problem/defect in the phone in regard to heating up of the hand set ?kindly help and do the need ful
