Southern Railway - Unsatisfactory AC III Tier compartment maintenance

I and my wife had the misfortune to travel in Train No 16731 Mysore-Thoothukudi Express on 3.5.2012, from Thoothukudi to Salem. My PNR number was 4139440780 and berth nos were 63 and 64. The III AC compartment (B2) in which I travelled had cockroaches everywhere. I went and informed this to the Station Master. Though it was the starting station, no efforts were made by him or the railway staff to disinfect or clean the coach. I also complained to the TTE later. Still no action was taken. The airconditioning in the coach was also badly maintained and took nearly two hours to cool the compartment. The plug points for cellphone charging in the bay also did not work. The garbage bin below the wash basin outside the compartment was already full and was not emptied. Half way through the journey, the water taps went dry. The train also went at the speed of a passenger train, and though it started on time in Thoothukudi, reached Salem only at 2 am instead of 1.10 am as scheduled.
