Southern Railway - Iam not satisfied with Maintenance of MRTS Rly Station

Dear Sir,
Saturday 3rd April 2010 I was travelling from Beach to Velacherry.
I Noticed that the MRTS Station lots of Coffee cups, Paper waste, Dusts etc. It looks like as if it is not cleared for more than a week. I feel commuters also partly responsible for this kind of nuisense.
Why there is no housekeeping Guys at the Railway stations? The Railway police should fine those person who does this kind of nuisence for the public property.
I also feel that this spoils the image of Chennai City.
May I request the concerned dept to take appropriate action on this Please.
