Indian Railways - Unreserved Passengers entering in Reserved Compartments

Hi,

I, Mani aged 63yrs travelled from Arakkonam(AJJ) to Bangalore City(SBC) on 18th July 2010 in Brindavan Express(2639) D5/91.At Kuppam station, few unreserved passengers entered this compartment by pushing the reserved passengers and tried to occupy the seats.In the melee, there was an exchange of abusive words and blows between an unreserved and reserved passenger.Based in this scenario, i couldn't understand the purpose of booking the ticket and travelling in a reserved compartment.

So, i hereby requesting you to look into this issue and take necessary action to avoid such instance in near future.
