Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased food items from City super bazaar bokaro worth Rs.1025/-. City Super bazaar is one of the redemption outlet for sodexho. City super bazaar has charged additional commission of Rs.43/- towards usage of SODEXO Meal passes. The outlet has described as the charge is being leived by SODEXHO India and thus you need to pay the same. The invoices for the same was brought to Mr. Amitabh's notice through mail but the organization has not buzzed to the complaint registered with them. this shows their inefficiency towards customer. I am sodexho user from last 3 yrs. and this is a unique taxation being levied.
Request you to please help to get the same reversed from the outlet and punish the outlet for the misconduct done as the above incident will create splotch on the image of SODEXHO which calls itself as a pioneer in meal pass in India.

I dont support this complaint. because as a owner of department store where margin is so low and again bearing extra charge of 5% is very diff for a smooth business
I support this complaint. Infact, I too have purchased sweets from Shagun Sweets, Ghaziabad, he too is charging 5% extra on whatever sweet I purchase from him using Sodexo Passes. Then, if this is the case, then what kind of tax saving coupons are these. It's better to pay the tax, rather than to pay the 5% extra.
