Our grievacne ref. no.: 410852 dated 12th of the last month.

(1) It is very regretful that a full month has passed but you didn’t care to respond to our above cited complaint; whereas you have credited our SBA with a wrong amount. We pointed out but you kept quiet. Why? For a full month? Is this your customer care service???
(2) And as if the above negligence on your part was not enough, this month you have totally failed and the needed credit was not at all done in our SBA though it was supposed to be done on the 11th of the each month.
Should we presume that Union Bank of India has lost its credibility and no most trust worthy as It claims thru its big ads throughout India?
(3) Should we presume that being constrained we would have to take up the matter with controlling authorities like Ombudsman and hundreds of other internet consumer grievance sites, to publish your such an act to first credit our account with a erroneous amount and then in the next month to ignore totally to credit nothing which your bank is legally liable to do?
(4) We have invested lacs in your bank and in return what attitude we are facing from you people?
We await your immediate action /credit into our account (which was basically due on 11th inst.) and reason for such attitude for keeping quiet for a full month with no redressal at all???
