Union Bank Of India - pending refund since last 2 months

Respected Sir,
I had got a ticket booked on the date-25 OCT 10 in the name of SHUBHAM SHUKLA with the e-ticket no.-********33810 and the pnr-HCKGHG,using my UBI debit card on the website jetlite.com,the amount of purchase was 3684 rs.I got the same cancelled,& I have been expecting a refund since 15th DEC 10.The expected refund is 3284 rs.,& i haven't recieved the money so far.The airline authorities have already transfered the cash for my account(ACC NO.-305202010045603),the refund reciept no. is ********88800 & the ARN for the transaction is ********35********72166.While,the bank denies any such transaction that has taken place.I even got complains registered twice on the official UBI website for which i was provided the acknowledgement no. 728398 , 474342,& several times on the UBI call centre. Inspite of all this effort,the bank hasn't resolved the issue nor it has notified me of the status of the pending refund.I am tired of complaining since the past two months , & request for some immediate action.
