We paid 1400 rs for Uniconnect Europe number and it was a total waste of money. With the 1400 we were supposed to get free talktime for 1000rs, so we thought its wise to buy a sim and use it in London since it was a UK sim card. The sim card that was delivered to us was a nano sim card despite requesting for a micro sim. Atleast they changed the sim for us and handed it to us at the Hyderabad airport. Once we landed and changed our sim to the local Europe sim, it was asking us for some puk no which we didn’t know. So my husband used his indian number to connect to the support team who blamed us for fiddling with the sim card and hence this PUK trouble. But the surprising bit was none of them could help us unlock a product that they delivered to us, which was supposed to be for convenience and for which we paid some good amount of money. Ultimately that sim didn’t work at all, all money wasted and Uniconnect seems to do nothing about this matter since it’s a “PREPAID SIM CARDâ€
