". I am never going to use a Uniconnect sim card for any of my travels neither will recommend this to anyone. They claim to have excellent network connectivity while that is clearly not the case. I had to face such issues while I was in Australia because their sim card just wouldn’t connect me to any calls that I made. The only easily accessible number was their customer care number which I could connect to within a blink of an eye. But those guys also refused to extend any solution for this constant recurring issue. I Think for them once a sim is sold, their job is done, whether the person is stranded or in an emergency, if the sim works, you are lucky, else for them its like go deal with ur own problems don’t bother us. Terrible terrible choice and equally terrible services.
