Dear sir,
My compaint is against a railway employee responsible for the reservation.

1.Employee name mr jagdish gupta was on duty on 17 feb 2012 at 0800 hrs.

2. The window for tatkal reservation was not opened till 0808 hrs inspite of repeated request.

3. On checking it was found that mr jagdish gupta was carrying out reservation of agents from his counter while the public was waiting outside.

4. On being checked , he blatantly refused so and started abusing the people waiting at the counter.

5. Sir , this is a matter of plain cheating, defaming the name of railways and representing railways in most atrocious manner

6. Request take neccessary action against the defaulter individual.
