Unauthorised Agents forcing for Tickets to be bought through them they have full control over the people sitting in Bandra Kurla Terminus Ticket Window, Policeman, Ticket Checker & Tatkal services for Trains to Guj, Delhi, Indore route. There is a group of 10 odd people who do not allow commuters to buy their own ticket force people to buy through them. Take you inside the Ticket Issuing Room. Get you Authorised VIP Tatkal and have control over all business at Bandra-Kurla Complex premises where Ticket counters are there.

No Use of Police Man or TCs or Station Incharge at Bandra-Kurla Complex.

Complainant's Goal: Stop Unauthorised Agents have Control over System.
