I, Sri Akshay Pradhan was boarding Utkal Express from Jharsuguda station in AC two tire(Bogie No - A1, bearth no - 33) on 25th May 2010. My ticket no was - 22399133. Air conditioning of this bogie was not working at Jharsuguda. When I complained the same to the attendent present on the bogie, he assured to rectify the problem in Bilashpur station. When the AC was not repaired in Bilashpur station I along with other travellers of A1 raised the written complain to the TT supritandent Mr. D. Hambram and Mr. Majhi who assured the same will get repaired in Katni station. But in Katni also the AC was not repaired and I have to travel till Nizamudin railway station without AC for which I have paid.
Because of mismanagment of Indian Railway authority, I as a traveller suffered a lot. I want the Railway to refund back my \"Ticket amount\" and Rs. 5000/- due to the trauma I faced during travel.
