Respected Sir,
I Was Travelling along with my family From Tirupati to Hubli on 26.06.2011 By Train No.17415 (Haripriya Express), My Pnr no. Was 135-0608488 & 141-6616847 & the status while Boarding the Train Was For Pnr no. 135-0608488 Passenger 1. RAC S1/47 & Passenger2.RAC S1/47 & For Pnr No. 141-6616847 Passenger 1. RAC S3/63, Passenger 2. RAC S3/71 & Passenger3.RAC S3/71. I Requested TTE to allot me a berth if there is any vacancy as I was travelling with an Handicapped Person & 2 Little Baby’s at the time of departure of the train. But TTE said, he will see after 2 to 3 stations if there is any vacancy, I said ok & again requested to him saying please give me a first preference as I am travelling with a handicapped Person & two small baby’s. After going KODURU, I again approached TTE to allot me a berth if any vacancy, He said there are no berth’s available, But I saw him giving a berth’s to a waitlisted passengers by collecting money from them, I again approached TTE on RAZAMPETA saying that some passengers did not join from tirupati in S3 I saw on the chart prepared half torn stuck on the Boogie, Seat no were 65,66,67,68,69 &70 (Four or Five Seats from these numbers not sure because chart was half torn) issued from Tirupati to Chatrpati Shahumaharaj Terminus, But after saying this to him he said I have to wait till TADIPATRI passengers may join their, I said ok. But after some 10 to 15 minutes I saw some 10 to 12 boys came & occupied the berths sitting their and playing cards and making lot of noise, I again approached TTE than he said I have allotted those tickets to waiting list passengers saying me that these are NRF Tickets I may allot whom ever I may wish. But by the time I lost my patience & said him I am the RAC passenger I have the first Priority for the berth how can you allot this berth to waitlist passenger & he rudely replied you go on your seat, I have no berth’s, than I asked him his name & said to him that I am going to complain if I won’t get a berth, he said me “Mera Naam leke kya karoge, complain koroge higher officer ko, officer kya uska Baap bhi kuch nahi bigad sakta mera, maine aapko seat allot kardi likha he chart me”. I had no option to fight with him at that time because I was alone with my Handicapped Parent, & having two small kids with me. Again after some time around 1.30Am or 2.00Am TTE Came to me asked my ticket to show me, I said you have checked know once, he said I will allot you a berth, I gave him a ticket, he wrote 30.31&71 and said me go on those berths & sleep. As soon as I went on those seats some passengers were sleeping, I approached them to vacate the berth as TTE allotted me, but the reply from the passengers was we have paid money to the TTE, We will not vacate the berth, if you want go & call TTE, again I went to TTE saying some passengers have occupied the berth please make it happen vacated. He clearly denied to do so & he did not come with me. I requested him to allot a berth for PNR no 135-0608488, he said “ek tho addha paise dete ho handicapped ticket me aur pura berth chahiya chalo bago mere pass koi berth verth nahi he” & even he did not clear the RAC of My Seat in S1.
My request for the authority is to take serious action against the TTE & reply me what action has been taken against him. I am enclosing herewith my Fully Address .
