Indian Railways - Trying to book on line ticket, but ticket was not booked and amount was deducted

On 11/11/2011 i was trying to book on line ticket form Kota to haridwar of Dehardoon Exp., but due to some technical error ticket was not booked and screen shows "Time Out" error , also amout was deducted form my SBI Online account .
Please refund my amout asap.
