Indian Railways - train ticket status is failed,but amount has been deducted from account

hi,

3rd jan 2011 morning i was trying to book the train ticket, while booking some error page was displayed. ticket was not booked, but amount has been deducted from my account.

Transaction id :02********
Train name : MS GURUVAYUR
Irctc login id :jegankk
BIL/1********/IRCTC INDIAN RAILWAY/02

the total amount is 494.

Please do the needful.
